Did not get any refund for a stay which had to be cancelled due to visa/immigration issues.

The worst bathroom design ever. It has this half glass door that the other half is wide open where the water will keep getting out of the shower, which then you have to clean it up after. Why would anyone design a bathroom like that? Shower water pressure is very low. Bathroom sink is clogged…also, no coffee?!! Not a good location either.

Great location but only one staff was friendly

Good location however the hotel amenities are old and technology is far behind

This was a beautiful property and the staff were all very helpful. We wanted a hotel close to the transit system and a metro stop across the street fulfilled that need.

Great location in Berlin, near to the museums and the subway stations, but quieter than the the tourist centres. Allowed me to check in early. WiFi almost nonexistent in the room and couldn’t get the thermostat to work. Bar seemed sterile and mostly empty. The bar at motel one over the road has a much better atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and the location is excellent. However, the room was dusty and the mattress and pillows need to be updated.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, very close to transit

We had a good stay, our rooms were clean, spacious and modern.

Great room, spacious and very clean, wonderful location for access to several Christmas Markets that are all within walking distance. Fabulous staff, would definitely stay there again.
