We really enjoyed our stay at the Mansion Resort and Spa! We booked a family villa and it was perfect for the three of us. The staff was very sweet, friendly, and helpful! The property is beautiful and well maintained. We were very busy with tours, and didn’t get a chance to use the six pools the property has to offer. But they look very relaxing and clean. We did eat breakfast and most dinners at the resort. We enjoyed the food, it was delicious! We also took advantage of the spa services they offer and had a massage! I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotless. It had a bit of a musty smell but the resort is amazing. The pools were okay. The best pool is by the restaurant at the front. Front desk service was excellent. I would come back and stay here again.

Great staff! Very clean room. In its day, this place must have been spectacular. It is now showing its age with abandoned rooms and areas, peeling paint etc. Beautifully landscaped. A wonderfully explorable property...We spent a week finding all of the nooks and crannies of the place...Delightful! Well located. Walkable into town (not using the main road). Do not eat raw vegetables in Bali!

The staff were so friendly. The room was spotless and kept up every day The grounds were gorgeous and the pool was quite. I swam several times all by myself. Ubud is a wonderful place to visit.

Very nice

Was very clean and staff were accommodating and always happy. They have convenient regular shuttle service to the ubud centre which was helpful.

Enjoyable, quiet, peaceful area with nice pools and a great spa

Room did not have windows but was spacious. The staff were very helpful. On the whole the stay was positive.

Nice property but it could be cleaner, especially the pool areas.
