日內瓦飯店 (Hotel Geneva)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

The hotel was lovely and clean, breakfast was delicious and fresh, staff were professional and courteous. We had a very nice experience and would return the next time we visit Sofia.

Rooms were always clean and come equipped with aircon. Staff was very friendly. Parking space available to the left of the hotel. Breakfast is served in a buffet style for all dietary needs.

Room was great, breakfast is great, worth the money.

Everything was good.

Friendly Staff and Very Good Location

Only complaint is the issue with the parking availability. Not enough

Nice friendly staff and for me the location is amazing. Used to live in this area. I've never had complaints when my friends used to stay here

Property was perfect . Room was awesome . The only thing I think they can do better on is the breakfast. 3/10 for the breakfast. Anything else was good.

Breakfast was poor in my opinion as there was a lack of variety and no obvious staff around to ask where to get bowls and cutlery from for the cereals. Everything else, however, including the room, service from the staff, and hotel itself was perfect for my short stay in Sofia.

Staff are very approachable and room is clean but carpet needs changing. Breakfast is good.
