Awful, honestly awful! The rooms are very tired and look nothing like the photos. We checked in, went to our room and was very disappointed. The ac didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the safe didn’t work, the bathroom was filthy, the room smelt horrible and the bed was like concrete. Within 30 minutes I had checked in and checked back out of there and purchased a room at another hotel. Save your money and don’t stay here!

Clean quite and comfy room with friendly staff

I was gifted a lunch voucher upon arrival and when I came out of the elevator to explore the lady took it from me and said it wasn’t for me… such an odd experience. The right thing to do would have been to do nothing and just let the guest have one free lunch but I guess they badly needed the funds that they tracked me down to take it away. Was so strange. Great property, stayed a four or five times so far but I won’t be back after that interaction.

Clean, quiet, easy access to Khao San road and the boat terminal. Highly recommend and great bang for your buck value.

O banheiro estranho com vaso sanitário dentro do Box. Falta de um balcão para colocar necessite. Café da manhã regular. Igual em todos os dias.

Staff is great, clean room, love the rooftop bar! My only complaint is that the room was a bit dusty and a little stuffy so potentially having air filters since there's no window to open would be a bonus.

The beds were very VERY hard. The light in the room (that looked like a cage) would not turn off all night. Water pressure was pretty much non-existent and I was supposed to get a king bed but received a twin..This hotel also didn’t look at the pictures and never responded to me about the ‘free’ airport shuttle.

Really nice hotel close to Khansao street. Delicious breakfast.
