Quality furnished, attentive staff and nice room. Excellent breakfast.

Our stay at the Metropole was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so helpful and attentive. We got great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The breakfast service was delicious and the staff were attentive. The hotel is beautiful and our rooms were very clean.

Great location with a wonderful history. It wasn’t really a four star experience: carpets need to be replaced, our toilet didn’t flush properly and shower didn’t drain well. Asked for a new room and was told maintenance would be available in the morning

Clean room, good view. Breakfast amazing with great service all round. Great location, 10 min walk to centre of cork. Would stay here again

Very walkable and in a good location. It is a historic hotel and with that there are certain things that will not look as new as a newer hotel. It is still a solid hotel, the room was a little smaller than others. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
