Charming historic hotel. Very helpful staff and well situated for tourism in the old town. The stairs required to move about the hotel would likely make it inappropriate for those with mobility challenges.

Very convenient location. Close to the Danube and the lively bar and restaurant area.

This is in a very convenient location with a good breakfast buffet. Close to major bus/tram stops and a lot of restaurants. There are a lot of stair, but that is true of everywhere in Bratislava. The reception does have limited hours (closed overnight and for lunch) so important to check before your arrival.

Overall its good.

Everything was lovely. Great location. Breakfast was tasty. Just the bed we didn’t like as we booked a king but it was two singles together with different softness so couldn’t really be in the middle of the bed.

Great location, clean and friendly

The hotel was very clean and warm, cosy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room was ok. On the last day, there was an accident and there was no water but it seemed to have been repaired fairly fast after we checked out. It was near a Christmas market. Overall it would have been 5/5 if not for some nuisance hotel guests who banged loudly on the property's entrance at 1am to the point our door on the 2nd floor rattled. This woke and scared us terribly :( the police came to resolve the issue but I think there should be better precautions like a hotline for late night customers (there is no 24h reception)
