Hotel is pretty tired and rooms although large were pretty beat up. Would be fine for a bachelor weekend, would not recommend for families

Place was an echo chamber. crazy loud in the room

Clean, easy check in, beautiful view

We arrived at4:30pm and waited 45 minutes in line to check in. Process was slow for everyone and rooms were not ready. Front desk staff left to clean some rooms. We had to book another hotel because they were making us late for the event we were in town for. I want a refund or will dispute the charge.

Got there and they couldn't check us in because it showed someone was still in our room at 4:30pm AFTER the 4pm check in time. The front desk ladies had no clue how to help with any of the issues going on that day but there was one very helpful housekeeping employee who made sure nobody was in our room and gave us a code to get in the room. Others were not so lucky... they had several people double booked... they got to their room and other people were already in it. This went on all afternoon/evening. We booked the 2 bedroom/apartment for 6 people but had only 2 towels, had no sheets or blankets for pull out bed, the shower had zero pressure - I would never have been able to get shampoo out of my hair if I had tried to wash it. I wouldn't stay there again unless I had to choose between this hotel and sleeping on the street. Horrible experience.

Hotel is downtown withing walking distance of everything. However, it gets loud at night with street noise. Also it’s on a corner where MANY homeless and bus riders hung out

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Floor was gross, had to wear socks because there was hair and other unknown things. Rug under the bed was filthy and stained. Pictures on hotels.com were very deceiving. Great access to downtown, but wouldn't recommend.

Terrible check in experience. Nice room but won’t be staying here again.

We were in town for the Usher and Chris Brown concert. My check in was excellent. The young lady was very nice and attentive. I forgot her name but she gave the best customer service I would come back for future stay.

Great place! Our room had a kitchen and living room. Great deli next door too
