Todo estuvo muy bien

Stay was good

Me entregaron la habitación sucia. Sin limpiar. Luego me cambiaron la habitación. Solicité personal de gerencia por la caja fuerte y tuve que ir en 3 ocasiones. Realmente, un desastre

Un poco pequeño el hotel y deteriorado, me quedé dos veces dentro del ascensor y nadie respondió mi llamado , gracias a Dios pude salir en ambas ocasiones. Me tocó subir 4 pisos por escaleras una semana entera. las actividades fue de lo mejorcito que disfruté , las habitaciones estaban 4 de 10 . La comida no estaba mal pero el servicio a las mesas pésimo por falta de empleados. La calidad de la bebida dependía de la propina . Resumiendo que cada vez pago más por menos calidad . Punta cana ya no es la misma !. Oh y sin olvidar que no tenían hielo suficiente!

Staff was constantly overwhelmed and overworked which caused them to have constant hostile environment and differences in front of the guests when asked for assistance.

I would not recommend this resort to anyone. I don't want to generalize the staff, but Romni at the front desk should not be working at any resort. He has no patience for kids, gave us a bad attitude, even at the check out. Some, not all bartenders ignored the kids asking for soda or water at the pool. I guess because the kids were not tipping them. The food was not good either. The beach is by far the ugliest beach in Punta Cana and have have been to many resorts in Punta Cana, never had a bad experience. I think the best thing about this resort was the app you download as soon as you get there to make reservations. We will never go there again.

The property was beautiful, right on the beach. The staff took care of any issues or needs. Would love to come back

Las facilidades del Hotel estaban limpias y utiles. Sin embargo, a pesar de tener un buffet variado, el sabor de la comida no era muy bueno y el n el baño de la habitación, tenía un olor fuerte a desagüe. El area de la piscina estaba muy bien y sus facilidades.

The staff were a bit rude and the buffet was okay, I suggest to have plans planned outside of the resort because it can be a bit boring
