Very clean, nicely decorated room at a great location in city centre. The air-conditioning worked great, though it would be really nice if the coffee station opened earlier in the morning for those that need to start the day early.

Localización excelente.

Location, Location, Location. Amazing access to all of the museums and Centro. Front desk was kind, welcoming and helpful. The check in process was a little more involved and required that you follow some self led directions, if you need hand holding be advised. The room was clean, and modern. We needed to close the doors to the balcony to keep the room cool, the property could not control the heat wave. The room stayed cool and was refreshing to enter when we returned from galavanting the city. We would stay again!

Clean

Well located and clean. Easy access on arrival with lockers available. Staff at reception were helpful and welcoming.

Easy access to the building & a great room for two people!

Had a little trouble using the self check in but once that was done everything was great!

Extremely rude and lazy staff, if you stay here, you’ll need to be prepared to spend two hours to find it and check in.
