5つ星を語るならチェックインのやり方を考えたほうが良いと思います。 ホテルのほうはそれなりに良い感じですが、コンドミニアムなのでサービスが無いもないのが残念な気がしました。

Is not a recommended place to stay. It does have a hotel rather than the one that I stay which is residency and not hotel. Not as expected.

nice place middle of the town to go anywhere. staff so nice.

Clean place , suitable for vacation with family, No breakfast included but there are kitchen and kitchen utensils so you can cook. 2 swimming pools

This Apartment is provide self check-in but comfortable. Staff will contact you 1 day in advance prior to arrival for check-in & check out conditions and ask bank transfer for cleaning fees. Big room and clean including bathroom essentials. There is no front desk but response in LINE

The service really bad .we call in advance that we will arrive after at midnight. We arrive at the hotel at 12:30 am and our room not available. They been given our room to someone else and we have to wait for manager till 2:30 am and we get to our room almost 3 am in the morning . We paid for room that got 2 bed and sofa bed but we get room that have no sofa bed and still charge us the same price. Booked for 6 pp. but there is only 2 tooth brush . And once we get in our room at 3 am , the manager ask us to pay straight away and we want to pay in card but he only accept cash. The worst hotel service I ever been .

The only thing good about the property was the swimming pool however if you want to stay where there is peace and quiet look some where else. There is a lot of families and locals coming here to take pictures of themselves and kids being so loud. The communication from managers was terrible unable to get through to them and also we had to wait over one hour for someone to give us the keys. From start to finish the communication was terrible, if you want to stay here avoid booking through Pattaya Holidays.
