巴黎梅維爾豪華套房 - 聖母院 - 蒙日區 (Merveil Luxury Suite - Notre Dame -Monge)

We stayed in this wonderful hotel apartment for 5 days. It was awesome. The location was excellent. We walked to Notre dame. Took the metro just about everywhere. It was easy. We mostly slept in the apt. But being able to make use of a washer and dryer made packing a breeze. Everything was included- good linens (maybe more pillows- would be my only recommendation). The space was immaculate. Super super clean. The check in was easy and they were so accommodating letting us check in earlier since our flight arrived early.

We have encountered a bedbugs problem in one of the rooms. One of my family members got heavily bitten.We also found the prints of the bedbugs on the bed linens. Eventually, we were offered a full reimbursement for the stay and were asked to move out within 48 hours. We were not offered an alternative place to stay (although we requested for an alternative). So we needed to find a new apartment ourselves. I understand it can happen with almost any place (i guess), but it quite tarnished our experience in Paris. The communication was not that easy, as you always need to fight with an AI agent to get a real person. At the end we also got some spam emails from their email address asking for our credit number....! so i guess, i will be fair to say it was not that great experience at the end...!
