We booked the room for 15 days but we only stayed for 7 days, it said online that there was working TV, a king bed, and overall from the pictures and positive reviews we assumed it was a good property. However that is wrong, the TV didn’t work it was only static, the ac barely worked, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the property is out in the middle of nowhere so you have to drive on the dirt roads to get out onto the main road, there was no housekeeping, we were only offered housekeeping on the last day of our stay. It also says it’s a restaurant online, that’s false though as they only served breakfast. You have to pay for Breakfast as well. Also we were constantly getting bit on the bed. The property is also right next to a construction site and they seem to work all day and night, so they kept waking us up. The Expedia reviews must be old because this property is not good. The one saving grace is the hotel staff and owners were extremely helpful and welcoming, we truly appreciate them.

The staff at this hotel are amazing (shout out to Ita!) they really go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. And the bed and pillows are super comfy!! It’s also only a couple minutes from the beach which is very convenient

Our family stayed for 4 nights in this lovely hotel, I found the property to be calming, felt very comfortable. Our room was lovely, bed comfortable. The pool was delightful and good temperature to take the heat off and plenty seating around it. The staff were lovely and especially lovely Manageress sorry her name escapes me for now. We were greeted with the best fresh orange juice we have every had. The hotel is a short walk to Mushroom Bay which is lovely with Restaurants on the beach serving nice meals. The whole Island is definitely worth a visit.

Clean but not good condition. The area is noisy due ongoing construction.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa at Mushroom Beach! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. They helped organize day trips and adventures for us, making it easy to explore the area, and were a great support when our son fell ill, assisting us with care. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from Mushroom Beach, restaurants, and cafes. It was also very convenient to reach from the fast ferries, which made our arrival stress-free. While there was some construction during the day, it didn’t disrupt our plans, and the nights were peaceful and quiet. We’re grateful for such a memorable stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Lembongan!

Needs maintenance. Pool was stale. Unfinished walls and ceilings. We left after one night even though we had booked 2. Would not recommend unfortunately. Staff was kind, but it's not enough...
