Clean, great staff.

Great stuff and clean room, spacious.

We had nice spacious room that was spotless. Staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

It’s a terrific hotel. Modern, clean, a wonderful staff. The whole package.

Good hospitality. Room was quite clean.

Everything was great. The staff was amazing. They set up my visit to several temples including Borobudur. I think this might be Rome if the best service I’ve ever gotten at a hotel. It’s also clean, well managed and fun and the infinity pool on the upper deck has amazing views of the city and a mountains beyond it.

We had a pleasant stay at Porta. Room was comfortable, staff was nice and breakfast was good. Would recommend it :)

Clean, staff is very helpful

So far i had a great experience staying at this hotel. The foods are fine, service from the fo and fb staff are very nice, and i love the concept of this hotel. But there are things you can improve for having excellent service: 1. You must standardize the great service to all the waiter at least they all have the same hospitality and knowledge. 2. I ordered lunch at the restaurant, but.... it took so long 30-40min, seriously i wasn't so sure why. 3. If you provide smoking room, it would be great if you set the ashtray in the room. Since this is a new hotel, trust that you will have a better service. Will come back here when i visited jogja later.
