還好 We booked a suite with multiple beds for 2 adults and they gave us a room with one single queen size bed. When we went back to the reception to ask for a change, the staff was polite but insisted that this is the room for this booking and that we would have to pay extra for a room with another bed. The staff ended up bringing us a thin pad with one extra comforter to be put on the floor. The room had a nice view but it was not what we paid for. It was frustrating trying to communicate with the staff with very limited English and they showed little interest in resolving the issue.

Over all hotel staff was so helpful and friendly, with daily housekeeping service and breakfast lovely.i am not fluent in Korean ,so it was very useful that the staff spoke very good English and the room was so spacious with amazing view, umbrella also provided during rainy days at the front desk such amazing service I will definitely stay again, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Ocean 2 heaven .
