Staff/Reception Staff EXCELLENT⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Cleanliness ,⭐⭐⭐ Dishwasher was dirty opened it to load and room ended up with a foul smell from dishwasher food in the bottom not cleaned out hence foul smell
Cooking utensils only two pots no pan for frying even an egg
Dishwashing powder left dishes still caked with food had to hand wash after
Glasses and plates dirty had to wash everything thoroughly before eating ot drinking out of them
What made this place great was the Reception and hotel staff friendliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

很好親子同行
The location of the hotel is very central and within a 5 minute walk to the main shopping strip in Albury.
The hotel room was ok however definitely needs a more thorough clean in the bathroom as there was mould around the bath.
Close to all the attractions you need and a great place to base yourself out of!

很好單獨出遊
The staff were lovely & welcoming. The room, bathroom & halls are so clean compared with my last numerous stays. It looks fresher & cleaner. One suggestion - a screen on the side of the balconies would help reduce the glare & sun when sitting out there.
