Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, check in was a nightmare, going back and forth with front desk, getting my room locked a couple times because my card wouldn’t get through some system failure, yet other guest had no problem, the first room I stayed in was dirty and fill with mosquitos, the shower kept making a loud noise, second room was worst. Breakfast was a nightmare as well, they couldn’t find my reservation I paid for, JB or JP was not welcome towards us, very vocal with everyone eles, I honestly don’t recommend this place.

The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows because all of the screen were either not there, or bent and it let in mosquitos. That was the biggest hang up to making this trip 5 stars.

Place was beautiful and I really enjoyed the live music under the stats every night

The windows in the suit do not have screens, and I talked to the hotel. They spent about 90 minutes in and out of the room and told me they cannot find the right size of screen for the windows. Also the carpet is very old and dirty and has a moldy and rotten smell, hurt my throat, and difficult to breath. Also all the window sills are very dirty. It is not in a livable condition. I talked to the front counter manager, and he finally go me a room on the last night. This room is a little better, it has window screen. However the room is still dirty: all the window sills are dirty and the shower room wall. For both rooms, I have to ask the hotel to come in to clean the window sills.

Our room was perfect with the kitchen our view was amazing we watched the whales from our room each morning.

The staff is incredible

The property was nice The house keeping was horrible.

Staff was excellent and very responsive. The grounds were stunning and well taken care of, rooms could be cleaner bu the location is excellent.
