新潟長岡站前LiVE MAX飯店 (Hotel Livemax Niigata Nagaoka-Ekimae)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

The location is close to the Nagoka station but there is limited options for convenience stores nearby. Although there is shopping mall inside the station, it closes at 7-8pm.

Efficient staff, clean room, budget price, well located to train station and convenient stores.

Clean, quiet, dark room so can sleep well. Limited dinning on that side if the station if it is raining, but that is not a complaint as lots of options if you go in station or other side.

I will stay here again.

Excellent front desk staff. 2 of the 3 people who I met while I was there spoke English. All were very pleasant.

No restaurant on the property, no staff around and no services at all.

Its close to the train station. At the time of the check in and check out there was nobody... for check in we need to call someone, and upon check out.. we waited, and because nobody was there we did the check out with a machine and we didnt know where to leave the plastic card cover... that we left it on the desk.

Relatively close to the station, but not much around the hotel… need to walk across the station to find convenience stores, the price for the room is good though

There was zero service the entire time. Cleanliness was not good.

Very good service. Maybe the service could be much more better if there is no Covid issue. No free parking but very cheap available nearby, only 700 JPY for 24 hours.
