Decent breakfast but since we came from another hotel (in Narita) with better breakfast, I was slightly disappointed.

We stayed 3 days in this hotel while visiting Nagoya on our first trip in Japan. Everything was perfect, clean and inviting. The staff is charming, prompt to help anytime you ask them. We loved our room as much bigger than our Tokyo one. The breakfast was delicious and generous and the public bath (onsen) was an addition we did not expect. Everything was perfect 👌

This hotel was very nice and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed.

No complaints, stayed here and took a 15 minute taxi ride to ghibli park

The room was clean and spacious for Japanese hotel. I enjoyed the public bath and breakfast. Highly recommend

very nice hotel, definitely will be back

This is a very good hotel, I don't imagine that I could find a better place to stay within 100km.

Great location….staff was super helpful….breakfast was outstanding…public bath rocks…showers great water pressure:). Easy walk to lots of dining and sites.

Very nice hotel room with two twin beds that was roomier than most other hotels we have stayed in with this configuration. This was perfect location for our day trip to the Ghibli Park. Good onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinner. However, many local nearby restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.

This property was excellent! Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was a bit small but clean! Very close to a train station, very walkable. In a nice, pretty, and safe area!
