Well presented property. Only improvement would be air extraction in the bathroom.

Lorrianne was awesome she looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. Good parking and location modern and clean.

I really enjoyed my time her, the staff where helpful and friendly. The services where excellent and room service was fantastic. 10/10

Great place to stay in Blenheim. Five Star.

The staff checking us in were extremely helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed - even a dinner reservation at the restaurant. The room was comfortable and quiet.

A relaxing stay before the ferry to Wellington, looked round the air museum as we were allowed to check in early so had plenty of time. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Had dinner in the Japanese restaurant which was very good.

Perfect place

Do to an oncoming storm and us having to change our plans because we were reliant on the Cook Strait ferry, we asked to be refunded for our second night, on the first night of our stay. We were told no and that the management wouldn’t approve this. We’re very disappointed. I think that this was very unfair and inconsiderate. They had every intention of reselling our room. We would have loved to stay for Valentine’s and the local food festival however that was taken from us.

First class friendly service, very clean spacious room and good location for the town - a recommend! We would definitely book here again

Room was clean. Hotel was clean. Had a delicious restaurant. Restaurant staff were so friendly when I had an opportunity to interact with them. Check in/our was easy. Gave me recommendations for food etc. About 15 mins walk from the main center but an easy walk. Evenings are a bit quieter so if you don't like that then stay closer. I was a female solo traveler and I had no issues walking into town for dinner/errands/breakfast. By a beautiful river and park. Loved this area !
