We had a lovely stay at Batatu! We stayed in one of the villas, which was beautiful. The staff were very helpful, arranging transport to Kuta, as well as a taxi from the airport and a taxi to Bangsal Harbour.

Spacious rooms with ample privacy and tranquility throughout resort. Complimentary shuttle services into town were also appreciated.

Everyday the room was clean, communication was great, staff was amazing, food was great and everyone was very kind

Staff were excellent, helpful and had very positive attitudes. The bungalow by the pool was well presented, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast options were very tasty and the food in general was very good

The staff were so friendly and competent. I could not say enough about the excellent experience all of our group had.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at while visiting Indonesia. Beautiful, gorgeous villa with pool and seating area and kitchen. All pretty much new. Attentive, punctual and polite staff. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner with lots of options. Definitely worth it!

The most amazing week spent at Batatu resort. The staff was very friendly and the service was outstanding. Everything was nice and clean. We had the best time and had no complaints whatsoever.
