Great room, fantastic location, very spacious and convenient to attractions. Most communications over whatsapp. Check in process is a bit weird and concierge not the most friendly.

Good location Big room

The room was clean, but there was a smell that was awkward. The layout of the room is strange, too much space, there could have been easily two beds. It is very conveniant being just in front of a station for public transport. Most of the attractions of the city are close enough. The pool is AMAZING. One of the most beautiful view from a pool I have ever seen. Staff very friendly.No restauration offered since we have a little kitchenette, and not much to buy for food in the area. I still recommand.

We Love the pool & view

It's just perfect for my extended family. It fits us comfortably. The agents are very responsive. The apartment is super duper clean and there was no smell of smoking. The sheets were clean. I'd definitely stay here again and ditch hotels from now on.

Room was clean, air conditioning worked really well pool has a good view of the city and the amenities were really fun and relaxing. The location is very close to the transit lines which made it really easy to get around.

Overall the property was new and clean. But need to drive for moving around the area. Check in was smooth and check out was abit longer than usual on the deposit refunds

The host was helpful and nice. We had a pleasant stay.

It’s a safe place too stay. It’s quiet n convenient to move around. Staff is very responsive and friend. Will be back again the next time in KL.

The property is "ok" but there is no body to offer any sort of services. We inadvertently booked 3 apartments instead of 1, upon checking we pointed out the error and took only 1 apartment, informed Hotels.com, followed up with Hotels.com multiple times but they were unable to reach the hotel. Ethics are questionable at best- granted it was our mistake, but they could have let us know upon check-in and we would have taken the other 2 apartments as well. You can't reach them if you need anything - there is no phone in the apartment, and no one picks up their contact number. They kept the apartments, and kept our money. I'd like to discourage everyone from giving these unscrupulous people business and ruin your visit.
