Excellent hotel in a fantastic location! Shinsegae Department Store and Times Square Mall are just steps away, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.
The staff were all exceptionally polite, professional, and willing to help. Their outstanding service made my stay comfortable, convenient, and truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.
