Ok

Room was very clean, the staff was always smiling and very helpful. The area has many amenities with easy access to shops and dining.

Clean and very welcoming.

Nice stuff

No breakfast buffet. And it was not mentioned in the booking

Room was small , a tiny window open towards the emergency stairs, no view at all. Not so clean , no water pressure in the shower .

Great location

I was female travelling solo for work attending a big conference. I only delt with evening and night staff. They were very friendly and helpful and professional. Seemed like they recognised me which gave my stay a sense of safety. After I checked out I forgot some personal items for which they contacted me and offered to send home to me. I was very grateful for this. The room was fine but it is the staff that gets the sixth star.
