The property was in excellent condition and the host was very helpful when we needed him. Thanks for letting us to stay in your home and letting us explore the beautiful highlands.

I had some difficulty finding the apartment as it doesn’t look like the pictures. We tried contacting the owner but only got voicemail. We were lucky to stop and ask a gentleman who happened to know the owner. The apartment is lovely.

The contact person was rude. Did not respond to email. No hot water. The bedrooms smelled like bad body odor and carpet in both bedrooms were stained and dirty, when we arrived it was cold and we had to figure out how to use heating system. There was no binder or instructions for guests. Do not stay they do not value guests here. Very unfriendly.

It was a great stay in Loch Ness Gate House Apartment. There is very clean and spacious. Both the bedroom are very big. The king and queen bed are very comfortable. The decoration is also very tasteful. The best is the open kitchen. All cooking utensils are fully equipped, including salt, oil, sugar and dishwasher. I messeged the House from Hotels.com, and got a reply regarding the checkin arrangement 3 days before. I received a text messeged at 1400 on check in day from the House telling me the passcode and number of room, and parking instrustion of my apartment. Finally, I checked in at 1700. Highly recommend this apartment to all of you.

Property overall would be great, however we did not have hot water in the evening or early morning so that was a serious let down. I did email in the evening but didn't hear back, not sure what issue was but was not resolved before needing to leave. Cold showers not what we signed up or paid for.

It is a great property but don’t arrive late because there is not much communication until you arrive at the property. We arrived 3pm and you pick up keys at the coffee shop that closes arround 5:30. As long you get there early you won’t have a problem. Otherwise, the property is great! Very clean and spacious. One of the nicest place we have booked.

The property was larger than I expected, and it was close to everything we needed.

Property was great for our group of 7. The town was perfect for a morning stroll. FYI, read all of your emails from Expedia. We arrived late and had a small amount of trouble checking in. I had received an email with all the late check in instructions. I didn’t read it because I thought it was just more Expedia junk. All my bad. Once we got in the stay was perfect.

My family and I had a great stay! Lots of space to spread out after staying in my smaller accomodations. Close by to all the attractions

We were 6 people staying at the apartment for a single night. Apartment was very spacious. The only thing that was missing was sponges for dirty dishes which was a bit inconvenient for making our own meals. Other than that, great stay.
