We loved the jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They booked us a ride going to a restaurant that we wanted to visit and gave us tip to get going. My husband left his phone in the room and they arranged everything just so it can be delivered to us safely before flying back to US. The room was spacious, too. It is worth it.

The pool was great the massage was fantastic, the restaurant was super and the hotel was awesome

The place was very clean and organized and the staff were very helpful. The receptionist help us outside to get a tricycle for our ride to city centre which we could have done it ourselves but they go up and beyond to help us. We wanted to stay longer but our time was so slim. We will comeback to this hotel again. Highly recommended

Nothing bad to say about this hotel it’s a five room hotel. Good food for breakfast. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty. Hot tub works but has seen its day.

Great place staff was wonderful. I would stay here again.

A lovely stay at Balai Princesa. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, she recommended a wonderful seafood restaurant with exceptional sunset views (Badjao). She also sorted us with bike hire from Ezrah’s. Our room was clean, breakfast was good. The property was in a great location for exploring Puerto Princesa.

Cozy place…

Room was clean but no TV or WiFi. Staff were nice and helpful. Cafe restaurant was very good.

The staff were very warm and welcoming, whenever we had a request such as getting a tuck tuck or a taxi , laundry, prepared breakfast (we’re leaving before the cafe opened) they immediately fulfilled the request with a smile. It is a boutique hotel about is small, but very charming. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was on all day so when we returned the room was nice and cool. The only thing that we found as a problem was the water pressure in the shower, but it has been the same issue throughout the islands. It is a little distance from restaurants and the city center, but a tuck tuck is always nearby and it is very economical to get to different places.

Balai Princesa is an excellent, simple and small facility but short changed by a staff who were either new or incompetent - perhaps because we arrived at night with the night crew who did not explain much about the facility has to offer! The day crew however were excellent and knowledgeable!
