Great location. Incredible staff. Fantastic accommodations & amenities.

Lovely small boutique hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Great area close to restaurants, Carmel market etc. Comfortable quiet room. Tasty breakfast in the coffee shop (in the hotel lobby).

Room was small but clean. Excellent breakfast. A/C didn’t work and the room was very hot.

Took was clean and comfortable, staff is excellent, very helpful.

Possibly the friendliest and most attentive reception staff ever!! Especially Daniele the reception manager. So welcoming and nothing too much trouble We were recommended to stay in a room with balcony as largest room available. The beds is super king and seriously comfortable with really good quality beddings and soft fluffy large bath towels too. Spotlessly clean too We were warned about lack of wardrobe space but it’s the same in all the boutique hotels so I brought lots of packing bags and kept clothes neatly folded in them on our couch A fantastic bonus was the terrace on fourth floor where Nespresso coffee and teas and choice of wines and beers and soft drinks are available all day free of charge. Also lovely fresh cookies. Also the restaurant / coffee shop in the lobby serves delicious snacks and food all day and early evening with a great atmosphere and again really lovely happy staff. All areas are very clean and staff constantly cleaning and tidying. Will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to tel aviv.

Clean room. Simple design in the best way. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff at reception. The hotel was quiet, which was very nice. The coffee shop in the hotel(Gili) has great variety and the food was simply great. Enjoyed that a lot. The location of the hotel is the best. Close to everything.
