All the amenities were first class. Our room was lovely. We have always like the Kit Kemp interiors. The staff were delightful and so helpful. Without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay. The only thing we would say is that the food was not quite up to standard. and our breakfasts were not terribly warm although the coffee was wonderful with very generous portions on request. I asked for pancakes one morning for breakfast and they came cold and incredibly burnt and I’m not sure what their definition of maple syrup was! Otherwise a wonderful stay.

Beautiful, small hotel in lovely neighborhood. Feels outside the most touristy parts of London. Some of the rooms a bit quirky, but still lovely. Helpful staff. Beautiful garden, so ideal for warm weather

Perfect hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was exceptional. Staff members were incredibly helpful. Only slight complaint was that maintenance work was being carried out first thing in the morning and we could here everything in the room.

Shower was not good. Standing water—wouldn’t drain. Did not like being in basement.

A stay at this chain of hotels has been on my bucket list for 20 years. It really lived up to expectations. Staff were fantastic, the room was stunning and the service was first class. Would defintiely stay again.

This is one of the best places to stay in London. Great shops, Tube and bus connections. The breakfast was the best I have had at a British hotel in decades and the breakfast room and public areas are gorgeous without being fussy. I loved the amenities and the staff were truly professional and friendly.

It was fabulous!!! Total 100 across the board. Dying to stay at another firmdale hotel. Everyone in our group loved it

Room was light and bright with a good sized bed, just very small for the money. Staff variable, some good some not so. Expected coffee making facilities in the room, had to ask for a machine to be brought up.
