We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it is staying in Central Zurich is not a preference. The property impressed us with its vibrant, colourful interiors, warm and positive atmosphere.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay very pleasant. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location—it's right next to the train station (Central Zurich is less than 10 mins away) and tram stops, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés within a short walk, which made everything very convenient.
The breakfast was outstanding with a lavish spread (American breakfast with limited Veg options). The staff were courteous, welcoming and always willing to help.
The hotel need to look at providing few basic items in rooms - hot water kettle, tea/coffee/sugar sachet, glasses and coffee mugs, iron, dental kit etc. All of them were provided on request but are basic items required while travelling and to be available in rooms without request. There are open shelves for clothes and need to have closed one's.
Overall, the hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, great service, and a lively ambience. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.
