Nice, clean, new space. Would stay there again. Typical small NYC rooms but cozy. Roof top bar was awesome. Only complaint is their elevator system is terrible. Very modern computer controlled but you wait forever to get one even though they have 4 of them.

Stayed 5 nights, $20 food credit included per night. Times Sq location is convenient if you don’t mind being cramped. Would appreciate not having to constantly remind them to replenish for extra towels or coffee cups. In room coffee machine has many pods but just two paper cups. Daily housekeeping was just refolding existing sheets and not provided new ones. They did unclog the shower after the third night which was attentive.

The staff was pretty helpful. The rooms are VERY small. The little fridge in ours didn't work. The elevator system is quite interesting, so it takes awhile to get to the restaurant floor or the floors that have water fill stations. The food and drinks in the lobby are crazy expensive. The location is really great, we were close to everything we would need.
