Very clean and lots of room. Provided slippers and toiletry items. Only issue we encountered which is not really hotel's fault is that someone removed our wet laundry from the dryer twice in one night to put their own laundry in. Some people are just rude.

It has laundry at the property.

We loved this hotel. It was quiet and clean and had every convenience to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Self check in etc was handled smoothly by staff. We didn’t see them but they responded quickly to messages and made things easy. Near to bus line and market. Far enough from the tourists. But easy to get to things via bus lines.

Great affordable place

It was great! Our room was a pretty nice size for 4 people. We only stayed 1 day in Kyoto for our short visit.

Expect there to be no front desk during your stay. Check in very confusing as well. The walls are pretty thin as well. It's a very convenient location for access to both bus and train lines. The rooms are very clean, but there was some scattered trash in the hall when we arrived. Overall very nice for the price.

Randor was a great place to stay for a family of 4. It was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Throughout or trip we often went to the grocery store to pick up ingredients to cook something up. We loved the small kitchenette and the sitting area to eat! It was a super peaceful place to reside in Kyoto. Highly recommend to other families.

Lovely vibe.

Lovely area, quiet streets, room was pristine, four of us split one room and we all felt we had more than enough space. Close to the train, bus, and all three main convenient store chains. Would stay again!

Property was clean and amazing. Loved our stay here!
