The staff was fantastic! Cindy, Gong, Anna at the front desk were great. Everything was really clean and the rooftop is one of the best in the city. Got some great massages at the spa as well!

Very helpful accommodating staff, Very Clean rooms, Amazing lounge area. A+++ Let me start off by saying this place has one of the most pleasant, warm and helpful staff I have recently experienced. Cindy the manager is a star and communicated so well and so clearly with us that even though we arrived on two different flights and my wife arrived five hours earlier than me the check in went absolutely smoothly and she felt welcome and safe. The rooms were well maintained and very very clean which is very important for us. Beds were very comfortable and the staff even decorated the room for us without being asked. The lounge area is amazing and a great place to relax. In short we had a wonderful stay. Very helpful accommodating staff. Very clean rooms. Amazing lounge area. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We had a wonderful time at this conveniently located hotel due to staff. The staff was very nice accommodating. Hotel needs upgrading but they have superior staff!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel, and it made my 11-day stay in Hanoi very enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. They also provided many excellent tour suggestions that helped me make the most of my visit. The hotel's welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service made my stay comfortable and memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I will let them know that they should stay here if they ever visit Hanoi. Wonderful experience! Staff were very attentive. Hotel was very clean, breakfast and pool were great! Perfect location but quiet room!

Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Hanoi. The staff were SO lovely. The breakfast was amazing. Close to everything. Air con exquisite. Would stay here again & highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff welcomed us with snacks and gave us a great introduction to Old Hanoi with helpful recommendations. They arranged our Ha Long Bay and food tours, and everything was excellent. We appreciated the early check-in, complimentary airport transportation, and the discounted late check-out, which made our trip stress-free. As a thoughtful goodbye gift, they even gave us Vietnamese coffee to take home. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
