The Stay at Gilmore One was great and the organization with sending over all access codes beforehand made the check in super easy. Same story to use the wireless lan. Bed- and Bathroom was clean only the Walls were thin and I could hear each step of the neighbors. All in all I was satisfied with my stay at this property.

The property is nice inside & I don’t like to leave a bad review but it’s more the fact that the people staying there don’t follow the rules of not smoking, being quiet after 10pm, through the night, or cleaning up after their dogs. It’s not in a great area to begin with & the walls are paper thin. You hear everything from within the units. Maybe if you rent the whole unit as a family but as an individual on a business trip it’s less than ideal. I won’t stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at Gilmore One in Van Nuys and would absolutely stay here again. The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I was especially impressed by how safe and secure the environment felt, which gave me real peace of mind throughout my stay.
The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major freeways, making it a great home base for exploring the area. On top of that, the value for the price simply can’t be beat. Finding accommodations in Los Angeles that are this clean, comfortable, and affordable is rare.

Shower water has no pressure, barely comes out . Not even warm/hot. Also the place has no individual AC unit. It’s central air with locked control panel. Kitchen has no proper stove venting. Smells food at night. No parking what so ever. You have to park one or two streets away.
