Very nice view private hot tub and quiet area

Clean room. Hot tub amazing. Parking was spacious. Would come back to location for sure.

Parking was good for two vehicles The hot tub stayed hot the entire time

Don't book here. It was nightmare after nightmare. The company has ignored my attempts to reach out to them about these issues. The first night we had an attempted break in. The company that owns this cabin claimed they reviewed the camera footage and said the bear-proof gate and the secured storm door both just happened to malfunction at the same time but couldn't answer any of my questions about the footage. The deputy that came after we called 911 said someone opened both doors. We then were attacked by a squirrel in the bedroom. We found a nest in the vents. We saw a squirrel and a mouse in the bedroom. We also found lots of rodent feces everywhere and had property damaged by the rodents. The only reason we didn't leave early is because we were iced in.

We had the best time. The cabin was beautiful and it was supplied with everything.If fou are looking for a cabin in the mountains that has all the comforts of home look no further than Smoky Overlook Cabin.

Loved our stay! It’s exactly as advertised! We would definitely stay here again. Home away from home in the Smokies!

The view was outstanding!! We didn't see any bears. And you really need a truck to get up to to the cabin. Also there was a lot of traffic noise coming up from the valley when we sat outside on the decks.Cabin was clean & stocked well with towels, blankets, soap, etc. We could have used some specific instructions for using electric fireplace, and even though we contacted the hosting company, still never got it to turn on. Hot tub was nice n clean but beds & pillows were very firm so we found them uncomfortable. The game room was AWESOME! We had a lot of fun down there. All in all, would recommend n we would stay there again

Good location. Cabin views nice. Overall, average place to stay. Beds are not good as they are loud and the mattresses are like inescapable pits.
