This place is perfect for the intrepid, seasoned traveler who is flexible and has a tolerance for change or very small curveballs. This is to say, it was bare bones, safe, clean, roomy, and very manageable. It was as advertised. Common kitchen and bathrooms. BRING A TOWEL!! I was in town, traveling solo, to see some concerts, so it was just what I was looking for. It is in the heart of Little India and the food choices were over-the-top wonderful with many vendors open until 3am.

The room I was assigned was in a poor state of repair. Specific issues included: - The curtain rod had fallen down, requiring me to fix it myself. - The room lacked the private shower that was advertised and indicated in the reservation details. Furthermore, my room was changed by the host prior to my arrival without my request. I was only informed of this change via a phone call. Given the dilapidated condition of the accommodation and the discrepancy with the advertised amenities, I cancelled my reservation. Expedia was helpful and facilitated a full refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property.
