Great amenities, clean space, good food, and helpful staff!

All good. However, getting a snack at 10pm was difficult. They shd have lite snacks till 11pm.

Good environment and nice venue for a quiet hotel surrounding to stay

Love it!

The staff are friendly, the hotel has excellent facilities, and the Italian restaurant on the top floor is also very good

Good

This hotel is a true five stars as pr the international standards. I really was impress by the impeccable quality of all the spaces that i used, the Italian dinner was also top quality. The pool is world class, the only negative comment goes to some staff who are just starting and either they want to do to much or example put one once pf one for a glass. Hopefully this was resolved after i complained. Besides the staff who need more experience, this hotel impressed us and we will go back …

Dusit is a one-of-a-kind hotel in Hanoi. It sits outside of the Old Quarter. It is actually more of a resort than a hotel. The gym is incredible, and the spa is even more impressive. Everything at Dusit was extremely clean and in good working order. The staff is beyond friendly and goes above and beyond at every opportunity. The food is excellent. My only negative is that the bar closes relatively early (10pm)

We stayed in the junior suite and it was very spacious, clean, large bathroom and the kitchenette was really good with convection microwave, cooke top and cooking utensils. Room service is aslo good if you need ice, iron, ironing board, etc. staff are very friendly and helpful too. Thanks. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was great, rooms were super clean, spacious and modern. Breakfast was amazing every day. Restaurants were all really high quality. Staff went above and beyond, so friendly.
