Really nice, location is good and staff are friendly I would stay again.
They have a nice restaurant with good food for room service and if you need anything they are willing to help. Valet staff were amazing

Beautiful property and well maintained but the customer care was not very good at all. Having discovered that I had been defrauded, I paid for an additional four days until I ran out of money. I had around £30 outstanding and they kept my luggage and it was only after the police told them to let it go that they did so. This is not acceptable on any level given that I was totally open and honest about my situation.
They even offered a two month stay there and contract, they led me to believe it would not be an issue for them which is why I stayed in the believe that they were willing to wait for the return of my funds.
I am not sure what happened but their well meaning actions turned into something less so and if viewed from a certain perspective seemed calculated.
