We loved staying in Shinjuku, in this stylish little hotel in the perfect, walkable neighborhood, close to shopping and fabulous dining in Shinjuku Sanchome and a short walk to Omoide Yokocho and the giant 3-D cat. The 11th floor lobby and terrace lounge was hospitable, and we frequented it throughout our stay. The room itself was smaller than I expected, and I didn't realize the sauna stayed on all the time, which made the whole bathroom unbearably hot in the sweltering July heat, so we had to run the AC on blast the whole time and prop open the bathroom door to balance it all out. Once we got through that, the room served us well enough, but it was a tight fit with four of us and our luggage. If I stayed here again, I'd probably get two rooms for our family of four and definitely skip the sauna rooms. Overall, the hotel had chic, modern, stylish character that I enjoyed, and you can't beat the location.

I was skeptical about this place, but decided to book it pretty last minute anyways. We ended up loving it! The place is not located on a major train station, but there was one very close by. This made it easier to get to any destination in the Tokyo area. The room was clean and has everything you need. We got the double bunk bed option and it was perfect for our family of 4. The only issue was we were not able to easily control the AC to turn it down or up. There is a sheet with directions but it didn't seem to work. It was a minor thing, only. Staff were friendly and there are a bunch of complimentary things offered, like toothbrush, combs, face masks, clothes, slippers etc. There were also pajama sets in the room to use. There is a tiny kitchen that we did not really use. Laundry was amazing as it was inside our unit, and that single machine washes and dries!! I would definitely come back here again. Priced reasonably, located conveniently and has everything you'd need.

The property itself was well keep as well as the rooms. Our stay was better than expected. I was looking for a hotel that can accommodate a family of four and this fit the bill. Also, the location was quiet and convenient. I would recommend and stay here again.

We used this hotel for a couple of nights as a family of four (children aged 11 and 8) finishing up a three week trip around Japan. The hotel is relatively close to Shinjuku station, roughly a 10 minute walk, and is in somewhat of a party/drinking area. Nonetheless, we felt safe in the area. The hotel itself has a lovely terrace. The check-in procedure is overly convoluted, beholden to machines and systems clearly designed by someone who has never checked into a hotel before. The hotel will store your luggage openly in the lobby, with nowhere at the back to store it, as far as we could tell; something that some might be uncomfortable with. The room itself; we had the double bunk bed set up, with washing machine, and it was fantastic for us. The room was quiet, dark at night (no light spilling in), clean and spacious. Decent TV selection with apps. We would definitely use this hotel again, despite some of its compromises.

Modern hotel that was spacious enough for our family of four. The lobby and terrace were a beautiful place for a morning coffee and mid day rest. Loved the days where Onigiri Mama was available with her tasty onigiri:) Short walk to Shinjuku-Sanchome station. We frequently used entrance/exit C7 to minimize outdoor walking when it was really hot

Great location and facilities

We stayed in the deluxe bunk room and loved it! The room was spacious enough to open 4 luggages…we loved the in room laundry and kitchen! The location is convenient as it’s only a few min walk to the subway station. Will definitely stay here again!
