Booked for my wife .. is her favorite hotel .. she loves it.. every stay is amazing

Amazing all around! Very close to the Republic Square. Far enough for peaceful relaxation. Staff and service was amazing! Beautiful rooms! Great for family! 10/10 Recommend

New hotel ,very clean rooms , friendly and welcoming and always willing to help with anything you need. I will back and advise everyone

The hotel is very new and clean, and it was a pleasure to be there. During the day, it was a bit noisy due to construction nearby, but quiet at night. I appreciated the iron and ironing board in the hallway. The receptionist was not always there, which can be annoying if you have a late check-in. There was no AC and no breakfast options yet, but I believe the hotel is still under development. Overall, I'd recommend staying there again!

Friendly staffs

Room cleanness was a big issue. The first day, we found insects in the bed, behind the pillows. Three and big ones. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching. Even in the bed that was the same thing, so we had to remove the full bedsheets and ask to change it. Otherwise, rooms were very spacious and calm/quiet.

Very good hotel with great service, does not have an elevator so its a bit of trouble pulling your luggage up the stairs but otherwise very good hotel.

What you book is different than you take . I book for 2 bed in the same room but I received sofa bed instead of bed .
