Kevin and other staff are quite helpful. They even chased me down to issue a refund.

Excellent location right at the river, near the lakes and in easy walking distance to the pedestrian area with a myriad of eating options.

Perfect location. Rooms are clean and in excellent condition. Very attentive and responsive staff.

Camera molto bella con confort innovativi e bella vista. Personale disponibile, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Unica pecca la mancanza della safe box, ma per il resto tutto super

Lovely hotel. Modern & large rooms. Great shower & smart integrated voice activated room. Breakfast had a large selection. Had a great stay

Highly helpful staff. Minimalistic but very functional design.

Very helpful staff. Excellent room. Great location

The area around the property did not look good, but the property itself was very clean and nice. The staff were great and the food was even better. I did not like that they didn’t specify in their cite that their pool are is not finished and that construction is still ongoing.

Modern and luxurious hotel by the river in a quiet , tree lined street. The views of the surrounding hills are stunning! I was on the top floor in a suite and it was very spacious. Breakfast is Chinese and western / European too. On the rooftop there’s a pool and bar (some if it is under construction in Sept 2025) but you can still use and enjoy the pool.

非常好！这是我见过最热情的酒店服务。
