C'était une expérience agréable merci tous le staf sur tt une fille a la réception J'ai oublié son nom Ma fille l'aime tellement

La chambre était propre et spacieuse, bien équipée, mais avait besoin d'une rénovation tout comme l'hôtel en général, le petit déjeuner était très varié et composé de produits frais, la piscine immense. Nous avons apprécié l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. Le petit plus: la navette gratuite pour le centre d'Essaouira.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was excellent, the location was perfect, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Everything was very clean, and the staff were respectful and welcoming. Everything was perfect. I would definitely come back!

I didn’t like that there is no door in the shower and other people in the room can see you naked from the bedroom. Also if someone is entering the room they would see you naked due to no shower door. Or curtain. The food was soooo good. Really yummy. The room was very clean and crispy white comforter and sheets were very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The place feels fancy and clean the instant you walk in. However the place looks a little outdated. With phones from the 1990s and the floors were painted on and super scratched and stained and have the room a dirty look even though it was actually very clean. The elevator was finicky and you would have to take a couple rides before getting to the floor you wanted to go. The food was amazing 10/10. Room service was good too but prices higher than American. This place is a solid 7/10. No door in the shower so be ware of that

The pictures on all the websites are from 2010 it has gone down hill a lot since then and could be fantastic. Do not take any notice of them. We actually went to see a room and the hotel the day before we booked so knew what we were getting.The food was really good and for £75 per night with a golf course view it was really good. We ate at lunchtime at the golf club, again great food, wine and beer. One pool is shut most things are shut or broken it looks really like a three star hotel. But again we played golf and had a great time.

Hotel is in decline, apparently no repairs done for over 10 years. No amenities whatsoever.

Needs some renovation

The hotel is very big with lots of facilities . The only thing is that service is quite slow and facilities like sauna and steam are only started when you are physically there . Therefore cannot be enjoyed fully as it takes time to heat up

The hotel sits in a lovely position with easy access to a beautiful golf course. Common areas are in reasonable shape but rooms are very worn down and badly need redecoration and new furniture. The staff is competent and kind and the breakfast buffet excellent. Also have a good spa.
