A lot smaller than it looked in the photos

Curtain design for A/c isn’t great as they can’t be closed without blocking the air.

This was an amazing stay for a few different reasons. Our contact was very responsive. It is unit 7 with a very small stair case on the 3rd level. The bed was a very comfortable Queen size bed with a decent bathroom with good water pressure. The toilet was not part of the bathroom and really small but we found it just was typical Europe. The location of this place was key. I can’t say enough how convenient this place is. You will love it. PITANGA restaurant at the end of the street (2 min walk) is absolutely fabulous.

Decent but location is perfect Comfy Bed and pillows Good water pressure. Modern & spacious in LR and bedroom area Great location 20 min walk to major sites. 2 blocks from the Louvre in 1st arris. Nespresso with some pods for a few days. Run as an apartment hotel (which we prefer). Good communication. Ground floor with frosting on window so privacy maintained. (Apartment door immediately next to the entrance so everyone entering/exiting the building walks past your door, quiet at night so not a problem). Rail style sofa bed. Internet is weak.

Location is exceptional

While the area was walkable and felt very safe, the apartment left a lot to be desired. This is advertised as self-parking included. That is absolutely false. The parking is close, but it is 45 euros a day. The apartment is very small. Ours was on the fifth floor with very narrow stairs, and virtually impossible to get suitcases up. There is not a washer and dryer in the apartment as the description suggests. It is in a basement that smells horrible. We did not use it. The first-floor apartment was smoking both cigarettes and marijuana so when you walked inside, it smelled horrendous. With all of the other options available, I would not recommend staying here. It put a damper on our trip.

They gave me a 4th floor apartment which I didn’t know until I went there. No elevator and the stairs are so narrow and tiny (can barely fit one person let alone carrying bags along) if you’re carrying bags, this is something you may want to avoid. They wouldn’t even let you keep the bags there after you check out, I had to buy that separately at another hotel

Very pleasant stay

A really good studio apartment in a very good location for the Louvre and other parts of the city. The studio apartment was very clean and the communication was excellent. Very easy to check in. The apartment was just as described / as the pictures… in fact, the pictures don’t do the location justice.
