Staff are friendly, location close to train station and central.

My first time in Italy and glad I booked at this location. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful hotel and will recommend and plan to stay at other locations,

Great amenities, hotel and location. You’re a 15 min walk from the center. I had no issues and would stay here again.

Best rooftop ever!

The location was great- right across the street from the train stop. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and although the rooftop and hotel were busy, we did not hear any hustle and bustle in the hotel room. The only complaint was there was a musty smell when we got off the elevator and onto the floor with the room- it was very strong in the hallway but a little more muted inside the room. Overall it was a nice stay and would go back again.

excellent stay, good staff with good amenities to do work, eat and hang out at the hotel.

The hotel is good, good location, comfortable rooms and great rooftop pool and bar area. However we was in room 3223, stayed 2 nights and the corridor absolutely stank disgusting of sewage. The whole time we were there never interacted with a member of hotel staff, it is self check-in and self check-out ...for the price thought this was poor. Also would absolutely not recommend the hotel restaurant, terrible food and really poor service at a premium price.

Fix the leak at the shower door. Room 1040 Add milk packet to the tea coffee packets. Have shower caps in the room not just on request.

Loved our stay here. Would definitely stay here again

The staff were super friendly and helpful and having a place to do laundry for free was amazing.
