Did not use the pool...the staff are friendly. buggy service from lobby to room is good as somebody is on staff at all times. Food is terrible. just go to the nearby hotel and eat.

Beautiful hotel in the mountains. The rooms are perfect and the staff really makes your stay super comfortable - alert, friendly, and knowledgeable. At check in, Harshita was so attentive that she told us to go straight to afternoon tea and complete check in later so we dont miss it. The staff riding us back and forth in buggies always greeted us with a smile. At the resturant ive had some of the most delicious food of my life. Chef Aarif is OUTSTANDING! Sous chef Kunal came to meet us both nights we dined there and even ensured a special veg biryani for us on the second night. We got late to dinner around closing time, but still our friendly servers Rustam and Rajnish, welcomed us with so much warmth, telling us they were waiting for us. They served us peacefully, checked in on us and just provided a most memorable stay. Thank you to everyone at this hotel!!

Staff were excellent! Truly amazing with their dedicated focus on guest needs and comfort. Room was OK with the bathroom needing some attention especially the stained bathroom / shower floors. We had to request a change of bed sheets & bed blanket due to stains and a tear in the bed sheet. Overal a beautiful unique property.

Excellent Property and Service!

The resort was amazing, very compact and well managed. The view of the valley was also great. The staff were very cordial and helpful. The rooms was really clean and had wooden flooring. Overall a great ambience and great food at the in-house restaurant. Will definitely visit again.

Our stay at Scenic, Munnar - IHCL SeleQtions was nothing short of exceptional. The property exudes unparalleled beauty, perfectly blending the signature elegance of the Taj brand with the serene charm of its lush valley setting. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking panoramic views from the lobby deck left us utterly mesmerized — a picture-perfect introduction to this tranquil retreat. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were pampered at every step, anticipating our needs with genuine warmth and attention to detail. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Harshita at the lobby, Praveen and Rajneesh in the restaurant, and Kunal, the talented chef — each of whom made our stay memorable through their professionalism and personal touch. For anyone seeking a luxurious escape amidst nature, complemented by exceptional service, Scenic IHCL SeleQtions is an absolute must-visit.
