This was my second stay with the Aram hotel. Excellent staff service. They helped with anything that I needed including upgrading our room from a double bed to a full suite, loading all luggage and carry ons from room to car, guiding with all necessary information and so on. I recommended them highly if you are okay with walking 12-15 min to the Haram.

The staff Imran was really great! He upgraded our room for free. He arranged a ziyarah ride for us. The hotel is only 15 min walking from the masjid Nabawi. Also 9 min walk from Bilal Masjid and Market. The price was very reasonable. I wish they had breakfast options but they have a restaurant just in front.
