Tout est parfait à cet hôtel , c’est très propre et confortable et très bien situer, Je le recommande !

no complaints, the stay was good. washer and dryer worked without any glitches. property was ideally located. good neighborhood and well maintained.

Very good, walking distance to Don Quijote, Starbucks, Kyoto station, convenience store, etc.

Very happy with this property. Good location near Kyoto station. Room booked was called “suite”. I was nervous it wouldn’t be big enough for our family of 4 with tall teenagers but it was perfect. Pleasantly surprised we had two bathrooms which wasn’t highlighted in the hotel website but was nice. I’d stay here again. They provide laundry detergent so it was easy to wash a few items while there. 7-11 next door is convenient.

Spacious and clean room.

Staff was nice, place was perfect for my family of 6. The held my luggage that was a plus

Amazing property. Love it. Have everything for your trip. Wash machine was amazing bonus. Traveling with 2 small kids. Best property in all trip for us. Was Traveling 3 weeks in Japan.

Wonderful hotel with a great size family area with couch, refrigerator, and freezer. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the perfect stay in Kyoto close to all the action and the Station. When going to Kyoto this is the place to stay rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

his was probably the best hotel of my entire trip to Japan. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. One feature I particularly appreciated was the in-room washing machine, which was incredibly convenient during a longer trip. Being able to do laundry in the room made travelling much easier and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to Kyoto's attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel offered exceptional value for money and provided everything I needed for a perfect stay in Kyoto. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
