Staff were great i was a solo traveler they never bothered me went in and out helped me check in and its funny because when I checked out I forgot my phone they let me go back to the room and grab my phone great hotel staff Arigato to apa hotel

The staff was extremely friendly, and the location is amazing. There are two different train lines close by, which makes it really easy to travel throughout Tokyo and even to nearby prefectures like Yokohama. The amenities in the hotel are also very nice, and yeah, overall just a pleasant experience.

Great stay in Tokyo overall. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the service was excellent. The only downside is that the room is quite small for two people, especially with large suitcases. It would be helpful if the hotel recommended it more for solo travelers so guests can choose a more spacious option if needed.
