Early pool access was a plus!
Buffet breakfast was wonderful -very tasty and generous servings-coffee🙌 nice and strong!!!
Staff was so friendly and willing to help.
Onda Restaurant could use some more training- very inefficient-we asked for glasses for water ( and water) 5+ times with different staff and several members of our party (9 of us) asking. At one point I went up to the counter to ask and still nothing for a bit. Food was tasty!
Found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor- otherwise clean and decor was very beautiful in our villa💗Air conditioning was nice- very comfortable stay!
So worth the procand we were all very happy and had a wonderful family gathering. Will come back again!

Overall experience was great! The staff were very responsive, accommodating to my requests and pleasant to talk to. My only suggestion for consideration: the place should have in house phones. While in my room, I had to use my own phone from abroad and reception was bad. So I had to go out of my room to the reception desk and ask for something that could have been handled simply over the phone.

Not a hotel I would visit again. It was a very tired place but will follow that up with it was a remote part of the Phillipines (north) and perhaps that is the general standard of hotels.

Staff were great but strange to see more staff than customers. Comfortable beds but the shower in the bathroom was hard to deal with. The pressure of the water fluctuates from strong flow to barely enough to wash your hair. Also, many small sewer flies come out the shower drainage. We were constantly killing flies.

Staff was amazing! Very nice place to stay when traveling to Laoag or just use a very nice pool. The dinner we had there was tasty!!! Would recommend that my friends and family would stay there. I wish the pool was open at 6am in the morning, it would have been great to do laps then.

I loved Ilocos Urban Wave. Great resort and landscaping. Its quite far from San Nicolas RObinson or SM Laoag/ Laoag City, but you can take a tricycle or hire a private van to visit main malls. Overall, the multiple pools and amazing staff at Cafe Onda and overall resort staff were super friendly. I stayed with my family visiting from New York and we absolutely had an amazing time. I recommend it to anyone visiting from USA.
