Most of the staff were very helpful. The gentleman, I believe his name was Ron was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. However, when I went to checkout this morning the lady insisted I owed money. I knew I didn't and she argued with me, most unprofessional of her. She then found out that I had indeed paid for everything. She offered no apology after she argued with me

超讚 we enjoyed staying at the Almera and would definitely go back! great location, helpful staff, clean, and updated rooms. really comfortable beds, plenty of room, and different layers of lighting. amazing Israeli buffet breakfast. and was a great price!

The room 411 was with noisy air con
And the lamp in the bathroom did not worked
I asked to get new room and refused by reception with no availability ! When I checked online before approaching there is a lot of rooms available to buy instantly!!
But the location was on the beach of Bat Yam and the beach across the street.
The guy from the breakfast doing everything to make the best, what was appreciated by me a lot!

Hotel is clean and new , staff very helpful,
I thought lobby could be bigger but was ok. Breakfast was decent. Enjoyable
The only thing that was not there is the US
charging outlet so you have to bring your own adapter. But staff were nice they gave me one .

This is a new and beautiful hotel. Located in a Russian community. For Israel, most hotels are dirty and cheaply put together. But this is the exception.W stayed in a “Classic” room. The room size was large, modern and clean. The staff was amazing. So accommodating.
Parking: if you’re driving you MUST call and reserve your space. The hotel is on a corner. There is NOT a place to pull up to the hotel and unload your luggage.
The parking garage is secure but they available parking spots are few.
All in all it is a Wonderful place to stay. So close to the beach.
