我的富國島濱海飯店 (My Marina Beach Hotel Phu Quoc)

The staff was just so lovely!!!❤️ I was there very-off-peak so it was super-extra quiet and personal, but I’m sure even when it gets busy it will still be a great place to stay. Right now they are doing very nice (almost overhaul) renovations—it used to be the “Sir Albert” but it’s completely new management. Some of the amenities still say Sir Albert, but they assured me that would be fixed soon 😉. If you want freshly renovated, super clean (by American standards, that is!), extremely comfortable, quiet, low-frills but high-quality, just STEPS FROM THE BEACH—this is your place! The 3 pools in the center of the Marina Village are beautiful, and free for hotel guests to use, but I was so happy in the ocean that I didn’t get in a pool once in 19 days! Be aware: the Marina area itself is NOT a nightlife hub! Not much there at all except the Sailing Club bar/restaurant, a few others, a cute mini-night-market, and loads of small hotels and spas. There is some nightlife at Sailing Club, and apparently also at both resorts that flank the “village” (Regent and Pullman), but it was DEAD otherwise…which was AMAZING! (Remember, it was also low-season, but I doubt it will ever be crazy there. Perfect for families, non-partying couples and solo travelers.) I cannot say enough good stuff about my stay! They still have some kinks to work out, and some tiny details to fix to be TRULY 5-star, but they are well on their way! This is going to be a top boutique hotel on the island in no time
