Good

The staff were attentive and accommodating. Initially, I was assigned a room that was noisy and didn’t have hot water. After I informed them of the issues, they promptly transferred me to a quieter, upgraded room. Their customer service was exceptional, and they handled the situation professionally, making my stay much more enjoyable.

Positives were the location, the openness of the hotel and the restaurant which was lovely. The negatives for me were the hot water didn’t work in my suite and on asking was not able to be fixed and I wasn’t able to be moved which was frustrating as this required cold water showers for my whole trip. I know Bali is known for having bad water but the tap water here had a considerable smell that didn’t experience anywhere else on my Bali stays. The room was also an issue as the sliding doors for the bathroom did not close correctly meaning they too stayed open the whole trip. On a personal factor for not having the best service was I landed a day late due to flight errors and on arrival at the hotel had to wait over an hour to check in even after informing the hotel of this delay a day prior, when I asked why this occurred they stated they had cancelled my booking as I did not use my first day stay even though they had been informed. It was a decent hotel but I would not personally stay here again.

Definitely worth a visit , the staff were so friendly and the location was very central

Great hotel and staff. Would highly recommend

Great hotel, the rooms, bed and pillows are very comfortable. The location is great very easy to get around. Lots of restaurants around. But the best thing about the hotel is the service. Everyone goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. Big thank you to Chris. He’s amazing. Thank you everything. I ended up extending my stay an stayed 12 days.

A very professionally run hotel, the hotel staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. A great spot if you’re looking to explore Canggu.

very good experience

The Staff are excellent but the hotel is not a 4 or 5 star level but it thinks it is ! Issues with hotel infrastructure. Feels like the hotel opened before it’s 100% ready too

Staff are great although some still require further training. A lot of items on the drinks menu unavailable. The hotel is still quite new some needs to improve on facilities around it. It has potential but it’s charging like it’s 5 star. It’s not there yet.
